Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Talentbook uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in comparable ways. They help websites function, keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

2. How we use them

Talentbook currently uses only the cookies and storage strictly necessary to operate the platform:

  • Authentication & session — set by our infrastructure provider (Supabase) to keep you securely signed in.
  • Cookie preference — we store your choice from the cookie banner (in your browser’s local storage) so we don’t ask you again.
  • Theme preference — remembers light/dark display on the marketing site.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

The authentication and session cookies are essential for the platform to work (for example, so you can log in and access your dashboard). Because they are strictly necessary, they cannot be switched off through the cookie banner without breaking core functionality.

4. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Removing the authentication cookies will sign you out and may prevent parts of the platform from working. You can also clear the stored cookie preference to see the banner again.

5. Changes & contact

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. For questions, contact us at [contact email to be added]. See also our Privacy Policy.
