Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Talentbook. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Talentbook.

1. The service

Talentbook is an online marketplace that connects talent (models, actors, influencers, athletes, performers and industry professionals) with businesses and clients (agencies, brands, production companies and event organisers) for castings, events and related opportunities. Talentbook provides the platform only; we are not an employment, modelling or talent agency, and we are not a party to any agreement, booking or engagement made between users.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Profiles of minors may only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • We may require email verification and may review, approve, reject or suspend accounts.

3. Talent obligations

  • Provide truthful profile information and only upload photos and content you own or have permission to use.
  • You grant Talentbook a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display your profile content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
  • You are responsible for arrangements you make with clients, including fees, schedules and contracts.

4. Business / client obligations

  • Publish only genuine, lawful castings, events and opportunities.
  • Use applicants' contact details and personal data solely for the relevant opportunity and in compliance with data-protection law.
  • Do not use the platform to solicit users for unlawful, misleading, exploitative or inappropriate purposes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • post false, misleading, infringing, offensive or unlawful content;
  • harass, abuse, impersonate or endanger any person;
  • scrape, copy or misuse other users' data or the platform;
  • attempt to bypass moderation, security or access controls;
  • use the platform for spam or unsolicited marketing.

6. Moderation & content removal

We may review, approve, reject, hide or remove any profile, casting, event, message or other content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. We aim to apply moderation fairly but do not guarantee any specific outcome, placement or booking.

7. Bookings & payments

Any engagement, booking or payment arranged between talent and clients is solely between those users. Talentbook is not responsible for, and does not guarantee, the conduct, performance or payment of any user. Where paid platform features (such as memberships) are offered, they will be processed by our payment provider and subject to additional terms presented at checkout.

8. Intellectual property

The Talentbook name, logo, design and software are owned by Talentbook and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you upload, subject to the licence granted in section 3.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any user is suitable, available or trustworthy. You are responsible for verifying anyone you deal with.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talentbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from dealings between users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. Questions? Contact us at [contact email to be added].
